Description
Serco is seeking key partners for our bid for the Support for Victims of Modern Slavery contract, commissioned by the Home Office. Delivery is expected to commence in January 2026, covering England and Wales.
The contract provides services that enables victim-survivors' recovery needs to be met and ensures that they are assisted to access safe accommodation, NHS health care, legal aid, translation services, and where applicable, support to safely return to their country of origin, or a safe third country after conclusion of their National Referral Mechanism (NRM) journey. This contract supports adult victim-survivors in their recovery, alongside wider state support.
Serco is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for victim-survivors of modern slavery and as such, we are looking to form a cohesive and complimentary mix of supply chain partners who can work together, with Serco, to co-design and deliver the future service. We are now seeking initial expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations who can deliver:
Support work
Specialist psychological support
Accommodation
Financial assistance and support
Other specialist support
We would welcome expressions of interests from SME's and VCSE's that have a regional or specialist offer that would complement the service offer for victim survivors.
Please visit the attached link to respond to this EOI before the deadline of 28th March.
